Current status, there is no official confirmation about the upcoming Oregairu Season 4 as of January 2026. The anime studio (Studio Feel) concluded with the third season specifically titled My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Climax to indicate this was its final season. The creators of this anime series hinted that this would be the final installment when Season 3 was announced way back in March 2019.
All 14 volumes of the original light novel series of Wataru Watari were adapted into the show. It implies that the main story of Hachiman Hikigaya, Yukino Yukinoshita, and Yui Yuigahama has come to its final destination.
What about Oregairu Shin?

What Makes Oregairu Special?
The story of My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU revolves around Hachiman Hikigaya, an isolated high school student, who is forced to join the Service Club. The club assists students in resolving their issues, even though Hachiman has a pessimistic view. His relationships with Yukino and Yui are the main highlight of the series in three seasons between 2013 and 2020.
The first season was produced by Brain Base, a Japanese animation studio, and seasons 2 and 3 by Studio Feel, which maintain the continuation of the storyline despite the change in character design.

Fans would be happy to see Oregairu Season 4 but the chances are a little lower at the moment. Hope for the best, anything can happen.
